I don't like my order, what I can do?

You will like our artwork :) We are dedicated to ensuring you're happy with the final product. If you don't like it for any reason, please reach out to our support team at support@thebeaverprints.com and we'll do our best to help you.

If you're unhappy with the artwork specifically, we'll check to see if you submitted a photo that follows our photo tips. If you didn't follow our guides I'm afraid it's likely we can't help you. If you did follow the guide and it's clear we missed something, we'll correct it and send you a replacement.

Make sure you provide a clear, high quality photo taken. We use the exact photo you submit during our design process. If the photo isn't high quality, your design might not be either.

I have sent wrong photo, what to do?

Please contact us at contact@thebeaverprints.com right away so we can fix that for you! 

I am having problem with payment, what to do?

Please make sure the billing information and card numbers are correct.
If you your card has been declined, double check if there are funds available, and if the address on file with your bank is correct. You can also contact us and we will help you with ordering. 

Will you send me the proof?

YES! We will always send a proof for your approval. After your approval, we can't make any changes cause your design will go to printing. 

Please Note: Your order WILL NOT ship until you have approved the proof. 

I ordered something, but I want to cancel, how?

All orders and product shipments can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact our support centre by emailing contact@thebeaverprints.com within 1 business day (9h - 18h EST) following payment. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

How to choose photos for my print?

Here are some tips on how to choose your photos:
- Choose photos of high quality
- Choose photos with good lightning
- Choose photos that are not blurry
- Choose unedited photos

If a low-quality photo is all you have, we will find a panel size suitable for your photo.

Do I get a hanging hardware with my prints?

✶BIRCH WOOD✶
No, screws are not included with our Birch Wood prints. But each panel comes with predrilled keyholes for flush wall mounting. The diameter of the screw hole is 5/16" (8mm) which is good for an average size screw.
Smaller sizes up to 8x10" (20x25cm) include a small dowel for an easy to set upstand.

✶CANVAS✶
Yes! Canvas shipped to the US comes with a hard sealed backing and hanging hardware for an effortless install. Canvas shipped outside the US comes with an open back and is ready to hang with a sawtooth hanger.
Canvas shipped to the UK/CA/MX is open back and has a sawtooth hanger.

Yikes! I put the wrong address, what should I do?

If you need to change the address please contact us at contact@thebeaverprints.com with the new address ASAP!!! 

Bear in mind that we will not be able to change the address after we ship the package.

Do I need to pay customs fees or charges?

That depends on the laws of your country. We aren't responsible for this.

What if there is a mistake with my order?

If you're order arrives and something is wrong please contact us! If it was our error (meaning you entered the information correctly and we made a mistake) we will send you a replacement at no charge even if you approved the original proof!



In the event that you entered some information wrong we will happily send you a replacement with a small charge to cover the cost of shipping and materials.
